Your perception of yourself has an enormous impact on how you live your life and your level of self confidence and motivation. For many of us our perceptions are based on influences of the past  including teachers, media, family, friends and parents. Many of these perceptions were simply somebody else’s perceptions too! If those perceptions were unhelpful to you they can have great influence on your self worth and your ability to motivate yourself and overcome excuses, self doubt and procrastination in the future.

False Beliefs Such as:

‘You’re too big for your boots’

‘You’ve got tickets on yourself’

‘You can’t do that’

‘You can’t sing’

‘You’re too fat or too thin’

‘You’ll never amount to much’

‘You’re hopeless/useless’

‘You can’t speak in public’

‘You’re no good’

‘You’re too this or too that’

‘What’s the point, I’m no good anyway’

It is important to remember …You are Worthy!
